Run every lifecycle campaign from one place
CampaignOS is the open-source alternative for startups and indie makers who are tired of stitching together a newsletter tool, a push service and a pile of scripts. Capture leads, segment them, and reach them by email, push, Telegram, SMS or WhatsApp from one visual workflow.
Small team, too many tools
Early-stage products need onboarding emails, launch announcements, re-engagement nudges and waitlists. Usually that means a different tool for each channel and nothing that knows the whole story of a contact.
Scattered contacts
Leads in a form tool, users in your database, subscribers in a newsletter app.
One channel at a time
Email in one place, push in another, chat bots somewhere else, with no shared logic.
Glue code everywhere
Cron jobs and webhooks you wrote at 2 a.m. that nobody wants to touch again.
Every channel your users actually check
CampaignOS dispatches through dedicated channel adapters, so one workflow can mix channels and follow the same contact across them.
Visual workflow builder
Drag triggers, waits, conditions and actions onto a canvas to build multi-step campaigns.
Contacts & segments
Import and merge contacts, track consent, and build dynamic segments from attributes, behaviour and engagement.
Lead scoring
Score contacts with rules based on what they do, with score decay so old activity fades.
Forms & waitlists
Embeddable forms with a hosted page, an embed script and a public submit endpoint, ready for signups and waitlists.
On-site personalization
Show modals, banners and widgets to targeted audiences through the website script, with a built-in consent mode.
Analytics & A/B tests
Campaign performance, funnels and attribution, plus A/B testing inside campaigns.

Questions from founders
What is CampaignOS?
CampaignOS is an open-source marketing automation and customer engagement platform. It brings contacts, segments, forms and multi-channel campaigns together in one workspace, with a visual workflow builder.
Which channels does it support?
Email, web push, iOS push via APNs, Android push via FCM, Telegram, SMS, WhatsApp, webhooks and on-site personalization such as modals, banners and widgets.
Can I collect waitlist signups with it?
Yes. Forms come with a hosted page, an embed script for your site and a public submit endpoint. Submissions become contacts you can segment and send campaigns to.
I already use Mautic. Can I move over?
Yes. CampaignOS can import segments, emails, campaigns and forms from a Mautic 5 instance, and migrate contacts in resumable steps.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Each workspace has role-based access with Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles.
